M81 / M82 Galaxies

My first attempt of M81/M82 Bode’s Galaxies. Too short exposure and almost too far away for the Canon AF 75-300mm at 300mm… But I will try definitely a second shot 😀 4 x 120″ ISO 1600 f/6.3 (4 darks, 4 bias)

Moon, 2015/08/27

Because of the barlow 2x lense the moon is too big for one single image. Therefore I combined 2 single images, one with the left and one with the right half of the moon. The result looks fantastic for me 😀 Map of the moon with Apollo landing sites:

M31 @ Gurnigel

Second shot with the Star Adventurer. Unfortunately, the moon was visible until 2.00am… but the waiting was it worth 😀 Details: M31 Andromeda

Star Adventurer Star Tracker
